A:Hi-Res is only supported by wired headphones, but not in wireless mode. Our current Hi-Res is a wired version, and we plan to add a wireless version to subsequent new models. Q:Can the mid- and high-frequency sound quality be improved by upgrading the firmware on the QCY APP? A:Yes, by upgrading the APP, you can upgrade the sound quality. Q:Can active noise reduction be turned on in wired mode? A: Active noise reduction cannot be turned on in wired mode, only wireless mode supports it. Note: 1. 43dB in-depth noise canceling is achieved by ANC and PNC working together, which is measured by Hele Acoustic Lab. 2. Adaptive noise canceling can only be turned on in ANC ON mode and these two functions will work together. 3.
