Purpose: Governs the relationship between TAVEN and approved marketplace sellers.
Who it applies to: Approved and applicant sellers/vendors.
Rules
- • Sellers grant TAVEN a limited license to display and facilitate the sale of listed products.
- • Sellers retain ownership of their products and brands.
- • Sellers must maintain accurate inventory, pricing, and fulfillment.
User Responsibilities
- • Comply with all seller policies, laws, tax obligations, and quality standards.
TAVEN Responsibilities
- • Provide the marketplace platform and facilitation services; TAVEN is not the manufacturer unless stated.
Limitations
- • TAVEN may suspend or terminate sellers for violations. Sellers indemnify TAVEN against claims arising from their products.
