These Terms govern participation in the TAVEN marketplace and incorporate all seller policies by reference.
To the extent permitted by law, TAVEN disclaims liability for indirect or consequential damages and limits liability as described in the full documentation. Sellers indemnify TAVEN against claims arising from their products and conduct.
