Seller Agreement

This Seller Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between TAVEN SYSTEM LLC ("TAVEN", "we", "us") and the applicant or approved merchant ("Seller", "you"). By registering for or using the TAVEN marketplace, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and all incorporated policies.

The Seller retains ownership of its products and brand but grants TAVEN a limited license to display, market, and facilitate the sale of listed products within the TAVEN ecosystem. TAVEN provides the marketplace platform, customer-facing storefront, and facilitation services; TAVEN is not the manufacturer of Seller products unless expressly stated.

This Agreement is governed by applicable law. TAVEN may update this Agreement from time to time, and continued use of the marketplace constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
