Refund and Return Policy

Sellers must honor a fair refund and return process consistent with marketplace standards and applicable consumer protection law.

Refunds for defective, misrepresented, or non-delivered products are the Seller's responsibility. TAVEN may facilitate or mediate disputes and, where warranted, issue refunds and recover amounts from the Seller.
